Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct
The Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct are a set of Rules that all Texas Lawyers must follow. Violations of these Rules can result in disciplinary action, including disbarment.
Texas Code of Judicial Conduct
The Texas Code of Judicial Conduct are a set of Rules, referred to as Canons, that are the standards which govern the conduct for Texas Judges.
Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
The Texas Rules of Civil Procedure are a set Rules that govern the procedure in the justice, county, and district courts in the State of Texas in all actions of a civil nature.
The Texas Family Code are statutes that are utilized by the courts for Family law cases such as custody cases.
The general purposes of this Penal Code are to establish a system of prohibitions, penalties, and correctional measures to deal with conduct that unjustifiably and inexcusably causes or threatens harm to those individual or public interests for which state protection is appropriate.
