Personal Attacks on Father's Attorney

Personal Attacks on Father's Attorney:

When someone hires an attorney, the sincere belief that they have is that the attorney they hired will represent the best interests of their client.  In Texas, the Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct are structured just that way, that the attorney's representation of their client will be to do only what will benefit their client's interests the most.  Of course, the exception to the attorney's representation is that the attorney will not support any illegal activity, nor will that that attorney encourage any illegal activity.

Walter Mahoney has been the father's attorney since 2007 and he has always maintained a very level of integrity during his representation of the father.

However, throughout this case the father believes that the father's attorney, Walter Mahoney, has had to endure an unbelievable amount of personal attacks and criticism from the attorneys on the opposing side of the case because (1) the father has chosen to exercise his rights to become greatly involved in his case and (2) because the father has exercised his right to file grievances with the State Bar of Texas against the opposing attorneys for what the father believes are violations of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

It is the belief of the father that these personal attacks against the father's attorney, Walter Mahoney have come in many forms including email correspondence from the opposing attorneys as well as criticism from colleagues at the courthouse and Judges in the Houston Family Law Community.

The father believes that these personal attacks against the father's attorney, Walter Mahoney have occurred primarily for one reason, because Walter Mahoney will not fire the father as his client.

The father believes that the opposing attorneys have made it clear that they believe Walter Mahoney should have fired the father as soon as the father began questioning the opposing attorneys inappropriate actions.

The information that will be provided on the following sub-pages are actual emails from the opposing attorneys, Mary Olga Lovett & Robert C. Kuehm and Amicus Attorney, Wendy Burgower that were sent to the father's attorney, Walter Mahoney.
