NonCompliant Email Correspondence
The father believes that Mary Olga Lovett has sent communications via email to the father regarding the court ordered divorce decree that have contained intentional misrepresentations for the purpose of intentionally refusing to comply with the rights of the court ordered divorce decree.
It is the opinion of the father that Mary Olga Lovett violated Rule 8.04(a)(3) of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct by misrepresenting the rights of the father in the Court order Divorce Decree.
Rule 8.04(a)(3) of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct states the following:
Rule 8.04 Misconduct
(a) A lawyer shall not:
(3) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation;
The communications made by Mary Olga Lovett which the father believes contained intentional misrepresentations occurred on the following dates:
February 1, 2007 - Mary Olga Lovett communicated to the father that providing a health insurance card to the father was "not an option" and that the mother was "not obligated to disclose" information pertaining to mother's employer. Mary Olga Lovett made these representations even though the court ordered divorce decree clearly states that the mother is ORDERED to provide a health insurance card and she is ORDERED to provide the employer information. January 4, 2007 - Mary Olga Lovett engaged in several email communications with the father and these were communications that the father believes were deliberate misrepresentations and dishonesty about the father's daughter being taken to a licensed psychologist on multiple occasions at age 3. The father believes the following are intentional misrepresentations based on Mary Olga Lovett's 1-4-07 email correspondence:
It is the strong opinion of the father that Mary Olga Lovett intentionally misrepresented the father's court ordered rights so that the mother could avoid complying with the court ordered divorce decree.
