Rule 13 - Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

The father is providing the following Texas cases to support his belief and opinion that Mary Olga Lovett and Robert C. Kuehm violated Rule 13 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure when they signed their name to the 2nd Draft of the Proposed Order that they submitted to the Court on October 2, 2009 containing intentional misrepresentations.
