Why should you care? The father believes that the evidence provided on this website will show that the Houston Family Law Courts are driven by who has friendships with the Judge, not by the law or the Rules. The Houston Family Law Courts are supposed to be fair and impartial, but the father believes that the following evidence will show that some of the Houston Family Law Courts are far from being fair and impartial and that the attorneys can and will manipulate the legal system whenever possible to their personal advantage.
Instead of this custody case being centered around doing what is in the best interests of the child within the guidelines of the law, it is the father's belief that the corrupt actions of the local Houston attorneys and Houston Judge were filled with dishonesty solely designed to benefit the attorneys that had friendships with the Judge. Many examples will be provided throughout this website along with evidence to support the father's belief.
The father is confident in his opinion that the evidence that will be provided on this site will show the actions of the attorneys and judge to be that of a corrupt nature. It is the father's opinion that these very same Houston attorneys and Houston Judge were not concerned of the potential negative impact that their actions would have on the child in this case or that their actions did not comply with the Rules of the State of Texas and some actions may have been offenses under the Texas Penal Code.
Furthermore, orders affecting the father and his daughter have been entered in this case and it is the father's opinion that those orders were entered based on the improper influence of the Houston attorneys in their communications with the Houston Judge and the result has had a severe negative impact on the relationship between a father and his daughter.

It is the father's opinion that some of the most disturbing aspects are that neither the State Bar of Texas, State Commission on Judicial Conduct nor the District Courts have done anything to address the non-compliance of the Rules by any of the local Houston Attorneys or the local Houston Judge after the father presented evidence of the non-compliance.
